Nonwoven Fabric (TNT) The Non-woven is a material made of fabric-based polypropylene and viscose which has, among its main features, the fact that they are non-toxic and semi-permeable , thus preventing the passage of particles or droplets of contaminated fluid. The non-woven is a flat, flexible and porous structure consisting of a mat or veil of fibers or filaments directionally or randomly oriented, consolidated by mechanical means (friction) and / or chemical (adhesion) and / or thermal (cohesion) and combinations thereof. The nonwoven name comes from the fact that this material does not undergo looms (which are cobillionon in the manufacture of tissue) during the manufacturing process. Thus, the fibers are not woven by conventional manner, becoming designated as non-woven fabric. Its fibers are not arranged according to an orderly arrangement, but rather randomly arranged. The material is a product made with 100 % polypropylene polymer that allows easy transformation in the manufacturing process (Spun bond) with thermo-welded continuous filaments. The non-woven is a biodegradable product and approved by the authorities that dictate protection of global ecology. They are made with polypropylene to which was added the oxi-biodegradable additive PDQ - H ®, which degrade at a much shorter time than ordinary plastics .
